Maddy Campbell is a classically trained, experimental artist based in NYC. Her work focuses on fun, wild, absurd and monstrous ways of creating art on stage. Currently she works as a Circus Intern at The Muse, Brooklyn where she is broadening her talents in the physically fantastic. She is the co-founder of The National Theatre of MatMadia with her partner, Matt Phillips. She is also the Artistic Manager at IRT Theatre in the west village. She is the co-founder of The WSR Signature Theatrein Wichita, KS. Maddy attended New York University where she studied at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting and the Experimental Theatre Wing.
Wearing many hats, Maddy is an actor,visual artist, theatre maker, and playwright. Most recently she starred in The Coward at FringeNYC - a play she wrote, costumed and created with her partner, Matt Phillips.
